A genetically bred Nazi super soldier fights Allied troops. As WWII is winding down, the Nazi's have developed the uber weapon, a super soldier, a blueish pink version of the Incredible Hulk. A team of Allied soldiers, including a snooty Frenchman, "Brooklyn" (with the heaviest of fake accents) among others is sent behind enemy lines to destroy this secret Nazi weapon. If you're interested in a movie with exemplary acting, realistic effects and a driving storyline, then this movie is not for you. However, if you enjoy the type of movie that Mystery Science Theatre reviews, you will love this disaster of a film.

I was laughing throughout at the over-the-top acting, melodramatic music and ludicrous script. And the sight of an SS Doomtrooper puts other large men to shame. No matter how much anyone hits the gym, they'll never achieve his look. Every time he appeared, I went giddy with delight at just how delightfully ridiculous he was.

I'm a fan of "Bad Sci-Fi Saturday" just for these reasons. It's fun to see films that should never have made it to theatres or television. I watched SS Doomtroopers twice (so far) and have totally enjoyed it. I thought it was very well cast and I've recently become quite of fan of Corin Nemec. Ben Cross did a great job and I think we'll be seeing more of James Pomichter who played Parker Lewis. I wish this would have become a regular Sci-Fi program on the Sci-fi channel but with killing off the brunt of the characters I guess that's not going to be possible. I hope Corin's career continues to escalate. I also enjoyed the character, Digger. He did a great job and fortunately one of the men lived! The plot was quite interesting and the special effects were well done. I hope the Sci-Fi channel continues to star Corin Nemec, he's a great actor.'
